Most people think that e-Learning is an hour of listening to someone drone on about a topic that may or may not help you in your job. You know the type - those long training sessions that pull you away from your job and overwhelm you with information? Where the presenter goes on and on… and on, while you sit there holding your eyelids open? Yeah, we’re tired of those too, so we made a few changes.
Ej4 creates short, entertaining videos that teach tactical lessons and can be easily applied on the job. Employees will be trained on one specific task or goal and given only as much information as they need to get started or refresh their knowledge, typically in 10 minutes or less.
How does it work? All the courses are online so employees be able to login and complete a course when it’s most convenient for them. Each course is accompanied by Student Materials that they can print out and use to follow along. After viewing a course, a review quiz will pop-up. Once the employee has completed the quiz, they’re ready to get back to work.
